Synopsis:

Requiring public safety employees to notify their employers of possible exposure to specified contagious diseases; authorizing specified individuals to notify the employers of public safety employees of possible exposure to specified contagious diseases; requiring the employers to make a certain determination; requiring the employers to request specified individuals or public safety employees to submit to testing and authorize disclosure of the results; etc.
