Entitled:

Title Insurance Agents - Maximum Commission

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an insurer from paying and a title insurance agent from receiving a commission or other consideration in an amount greater than the amount set by the Insurance Commissioner; requiring the submission of specified data to the Commissioner to be used to set the maximum commission; requiring the Commissioner to hold specified public hearings every 2 years; and establishing specified notice requirements for the hearings.
