State Board of Physician Quality Assurance - Discipline of Physician Medical Directors

Synopsis:

Providing that the State Board of Physician Quality Assurance may reprimand, suspend, or revoke a license of a physician medical director who has certain responsibilities and fails to take certain actions for the delivery of quality medical care.
