Synopsis:

Establishing a noncommercial crabbing license for individuals catching crabs in the Chesapeake Bay and tributaries; requiring an individual catching crabs in a specified manner to obtain a license; providing for the expiration of the license; establishing fees for the license; authorizing agents to sell noncommercial crabbing licenses on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources; establishing daily catch limits; establishing a limit on the use of specified methods of catching crabs; etc.
