Establishing a pension system for Baltimore City Deputy Sheriffs; providing for membership in the system; providing for service retirement, disability retirement, optional benefits, and death and surviving spouse or children's benefits; providing for adjustments to benefits on payment of certain workers' compensation benefits; allowing the vesting of pension benefits; providing for cost-of-living adjustments; providing for member contributions; assigning responsibility for the administration of the system; etc.
