Synopsis:

Recognizing the State Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution and Violence Prevention at Bowie State University; recognizing the Center as the central repository for materials, data, and information relating to violence prevention programs operating in the State; recognizing that the Center shall operate a violence prevention program, implement violence prevention networks, and provide other services; and generally relating to the State Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution and Violence Prevention at Bowie State University.
