Authorizing the Maryland Aviation Administration to adopt regulations governing commercial activity at State-owned airports; authorizing the Administration to adopt a schedule of fines for commercial activity that violates the regulations; authorizing the Administration to impose a fine on a person violating the regulation; authorizing the Administration to adopt a schedule of fines for parking violations at State-owned airports; etc.
