Marine Facilities - Alcohol-Free and Drug-Free Workplace Programs

Synopsis:

Establishing marine facility Alcohol-Free and Drug-Free Workplace programs; establishing procedures to prevent alcohol and drug abuse by workers at marine facilities in the State; establishing procedures for alcohol and drug testing, rehabilitation, and sanctions of employees; requiring the programs to comply with specified guidelines for drug-free workplaces; establishing that certain individuals are deemed in compliance with the Act; and prohibiting the standards of the programs from exceeding specified standards.
