Preneed Burial Contracts - Casket Sales - Trust Requirements
Requiring the seller of a preneed burial contract for the sale of a
casket to deposit the total contract price into a trust account in a
specified manner; authorizing a withdrawal from the trust account only
if the merchandise is physically provided; and specifying
circumstances under which the contract is ended and the seller shall
refund to the buyer all payments and interest.
