Repealing the requirement that a register of wills distribute fees collected for providing probate information to the Comptroller; repealing the requirement that the Comptroller deposit those fees into the General Fund of the State; repealing the requirement that a register of wills include specified information concerning employees in the annual account of fees and receipts to the Comptroller; repealing the requirement that employees verify specified information; etc.
