Amusement Attractions - Public Safety

Synopsis:

Specifying that compliance by the public with safety instructions and warnings for amusement attractions is essential to prevent injuries; providing that a purpose of the amusement safety law is to educate the public that compliance with all lawful requirements is essential for the safe operation of amusement attractions; and authorizing the Commissioner of Labor and Industry to adopt regulations to prevent specified conduct.
