Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $3,000,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the National Capital Historical Museum of Transportation, Inc. for the final planning and design and for the construction and equipping of a new facility for the National Capital Trolley Museum in Silver Spring, including correction of the original design of the railway and relocation of part of it, improvement of access to the upper car house, creation of a new visitors center; etc.
