Vehicle Laws - Vehicle Registration - Political Subdivisions and State Agencies

Synopsis:

Providing that any political subdivision or State agency authorized to regulate parking may act as the agent of the Motor Vehicle Administration in the registration of motor vehicles; authorizing a designated agent of the Administration to collect a $4 fee for each nonresident permit it issues; and authorizing, under specified circumstances, the distribution of a portion of a certain vehicle registration fee to a political subdivision acting as the Administration's agent.
