Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Health Care for the Homeless

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of Health Care for the Homeless, Inc. for the repair, renovation, and equipping, including the installation of a new elevator, renovation of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and other capital repairs, of a building in Baltimore City that is used as a support center for the homeless, and at which physical and mental health care, crisis intervention, and other services are provided.
