Synopsis:

Amending Chapter 115 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1994, the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1994, as amended by Chapter 131 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1995, and amending Chapter 183 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1995, the Baltimore Children's Museum Loan of 1995, in both instances to allow the proceeds of the grants to be used in connection with the acquisition of a new facility, and for expenses associated with the new project, to be located at Market Place in Baltimore City.
