Crimes and Punishments - Minors - Sale of Straight Razors

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from selling, bartering, or giving away a straight razor to a minor; and establishing that a person who violates the Act shall, on conviction, pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $200, plus costs of prosecution, or be committed to jail or confinement until the fine and costs are paid, or for a period of 60 days, whichever occurs first.
