Review of License and Permit Applications - Timing of Review by the Department of the Environment

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Department of the Environment to publish, on or before a specified date, expected review times for each licensing and permitting program and to offer specified assistance and information for each program; requiring the Department to provide to an applicant notice of a completed application, with an estimated time for a tentative determination if requested, or of an incomplete application; specifying conditions under which an applicant can request a refund of an application fee; etc.
