Juvenile Court - Jurisdiction - Three Delinquent Acts

Synopsis:

Excluding from the original jurisdiction of the juvenile court any proceeding involving a child of a certain age who is alleged to have committed a criminal act and who has been adjudicated delinquent on at least three separate occasions under certain circumstances; and providing for the transfer of a case from a court exercising criminal jurisdiction to the juvenile court under certain circumstances.
