Synopsis:

Authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City or governing body of a county or municipal corporation to grant a credit against the county or municipal corporation property tax imposed on real and personal property meeting specified eligibility criteria; prohibiting the credit under specified circumstances; providing for computation of the credit; requiring a specified notification; requiring the lessor of real property eligible for a tax credit to reduce a specified liability of specified lessees; etc.
