Alcoholic Beverages Offenses - Minors - Penalties

Synopsis:

Altering the age at which a person may be subject to suspension of a driver's license for violation of certain alcoholic beverages offenses; expanding the types of alcoholic beverages offenses for which a court may notify the Motor Vehicle Administration, and for which the court may order the Motor Vehicle Administration to initiate specified procedures to suspend the driving privilege of the person committing the violations; and making the suspension of a person's driver's license under the Act discretionary instead of mandatory.
