Synopsis:

Allowing the seizure and forfeiture of a motor vehicle used in connection with soliciting an act of prostitution or lewdness; establishing defenses; providing procedures for the seizure, maintenance, forfeiture, and return of motor vehicles; providing for the disposition of forfeited motor vehicles and proceeds of sales of forfeited motor vehicles; providing for the rights of lienholders; allowing a court to review decisions and take actions relating to the seizure and forfeiture of motor vehicles; etc.
