Revocation of Driving Privileges - Unlawful Taking or Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to assess a specified number of points against an individual who has been convicted of any violation involving an unlawful taking or unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; and expanding a requirement that an adjudication of a child as delinquent by reason of the child's violation of State vehicle laws include the unlawful taking or unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
