Restrooms for Handicapped - Use by Assisting Family Members

Synopsis:

Requiring certain new buildings to provide handicapped restrooms that allow spouses and children of any sex to enter the restrooms in order to aid the handicapped in using the restroom; defining such a restroom as a "family facility"; and expanding the definition of "facility for handicapped individuals" to include "family facility".
