Synopsis:

Requiring a $5 reduction in payments of Family Investment Program grants for each day the recipient's dependent child is absent from school without excuse by school officials or for each time the recipient's dependent child is suspended from school for disciplinary reasons; and generally relating to recipients of grants under the Family Investment Program.
