Establishing a Task Force to Study Anti-Asian Violence to develop comprehensive strategies for preventing and reducing the incidence of violence against Asians; providing for the membership, duties, and staff of the Task Force; requiring a specified report; specifying that the membership and staff of a prior Task Force to Study Anti-Asian Violence that was created in 1995, but which expired on January 1, 1997, continue and serve as the successor Task Force to Study Anti-Asian Violence; etc.
