Synopsis:

Expanding the membership of the Calvert County gambling permit review committee to include two alternate members; establishing a quorum for the committee; allowing the chairman of the committee to make a quorum by designating a specified number of alternate members as regular members; and allowing an alternate member to participate on the committee only under certain circumstances.
