Ethics Law - Members of the General Assembly - Financial Disclosure Statements

Synopsis:

Altering the dates and reporting periods for which members of the General Assembly are required to file financial statements with the State Ethics Commission from 1 year to 6 months; altering the reporting period for which individuals who are appointed to fill vacancies as members of the General Assembly are required to file statements; and altering the reporting period for which members of the General Assembly who leave office are required to file statements.
