Military Reuse Zones - Advanced Technology Job Creation Tax Credit

Synopsis:

Allowing a credit against specified State taxes for the establishment or expansion of an advanced technology business facility in a designated military reuse zone in the State; allowing a credit of $1,000 for each new job created during the 3 years after the establishment or expansion of a facility; etc.
