Altering the standard penalties permitted to be imposed by the Worcester County Board of License Commissioners by increasing the fine from $1,000 to $4,000 and permitting a suspension of a license to be imposed in addition to a fine, rather than one or the other; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Worcester County.
