Requiring that an executive order contain a reference to legal authority and that specified orders be published in the Maryland Register; requiring that proposed executive orders be submitted to the Joint Committee on Administrative, Executive, and Legislative Review and to the Attorney General for specified purposes; requiring the Attorney General to review a proposed executive order within a prescribed time period; excepting specified executive orders from specified procedural requirements; etc.
