Synopsis:

Authorizing the Comptroller to inspect or draw samples from the propulsion tank of any special fuel powered motor vehicle used for business purposes during normal business hours or any time the vehicle is in operation; and providing that denial of access is prima facie evidence of a violation of the motor fuel and lubricants law.
