Synopsis:

Authorizing Howard County to regulate, by ordinance, the sale of cigarettes or other tobacco products; authorizing Howard County to require licenses or permits or otherwise restrict the sale of tobacco products notwithstanding the possession of a license; authorizing Howard County to suspend or revoke licenses and establish civil and criminal penalties for violations; and authorizing Howard County to establish procedures or requirements to implement these provisions.
