Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) to adopt standards for motorcycle helmets and eye protection; repealing the requirement that the MVA have lists of approved helmets and eye-protective devices; and prohibiting the sale or distribution of helmets or eye-protective devices that either do not meet the standards or do not meet similar federal standards.
