Alcoholic Beverages - Micro-Brewery License Authority

Synopsis:

Allowing a holder of a Class 7 micro-brewery license to brew up to 22,500 barrels of malt beverages a year including any salable beer produced under contract; limiting Class 7 sales from a retail location to 4,000 barrels a year; requiring a Class 7 licensee wishing to brew more than the maximum barrelage to divest of a specified license and obtain a Class 5 manufacturer's license; authorizing a Class 7 licensee to hold a Class 2 rectifying license under specified conditions; authorizing Class 2 licensees to sell to wholesalers; etc.
