Synopsis:

Providing for a civil penalty for specified violations of the Fair Election Practices Act of the Election Code and specifying a maximum fine for such violations; increasing the criminal fine for specified fair election practices law violations; establishing a procedure and adjudication for specified civil infractions of the fair election practices laws; altering the statute of limitations for specified violations of the fair election practices laws and the State ethics laws; etc.
