Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "affected property" in provisions of the insurance law relating to lead hazard coverage for specified residential rental properties and rental dwelling units; defining "rental dwelling unit"; and providing for the application of the Act to policies of insurance issued or renewed on or after June 1, 1997.
