Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, with a matching fund, as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Anne Arundel County for the repair, renovation, rehabilitation, reconstruction, and capital equipping, including asbestos removal and other infrastructure improvements, of the historic Wiley H. Bates High School in Annapolis, for use as a senior center, adult day care center, gymnasium, community center, and small business site; and requiring the granting of an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
