Driver's Education - Laboratory and Classroom Instruction - Required Hours

Synopsis:

Requiring that the number of hours of laboratory instruction in a driver's education course that an individual who is under 18 years of age must complete before qualifying for a driver's license include 2 hours of nighttime driving laboratory instruction; and reducing from 30 to 20 the number of hours of classroom instruction required to be offered by drivers' education programs.
