Health Care Practitioners - Reports of Blood Alcohol Concentration - Vehicle Operators

Synopsis:

Authorizing physicians and registered nurses who are caring for an individual involved in a vehicle accident and believed to have been the operator of a vehicle to report the results of a blood alcohol concentration test of the individual to a law enforcement individual or agency; requiring the report to contain specific information; providing physicians and nurses with immunity from civil and administrative liability relating to reports under the Act; defining terms; etc.
