Synopsis:

Requiring that the amount for which a health insurer or other person has a right of subrogation for health care benefits paid or payable on behalf of an injured person be reduced according to the percentage of any recovery paid for attorney's fees incurred by the injured person in a personal injury claim under specified circumstances.
