Synopsis:

Including Howard County with the jurisdiction that requires that an alcoholic beverages licensee or a person employed in a supervisory capacity shall be certified by an approved alcohol awareness program and shall be present during the hours in which alcohol is sold; making a specified exception; clarifying language; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Howard County.
