Requiring health insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health maintenance organizations to provide a minimum length of inpatient hospitalization coverage of 48 hours after a mastectomy and 24 hours after a lymph node dissection that is performed for the treatment of breast cancer; specifying an exception; etc.
