Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation - Termination of Easements - Distribution of Repurchase Payment

Synopsis:

Requiring that, in the case of the termination of an easement that was originally purchased under a matching allotted purchase, the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation shall distribute to a county an amount of the repurchase price paid by a landowner that is equal to the percentage of the original easement purchase price contributed by the county; and providing for the distribution of the funds received by a county.
