Synopsis:

Altering the terms and renewal of specified security guard agency licenses; requiring the Secretary of the Department of State Police to stagger the terms of certain security guard agency licenses by regulation; altering the license term from 1 year to 2 years; adjusting the license renewal fees to correspond with the altered license terms; and adjusting the time period from 1 year to 2 years for which an applicant for license renewal must submit renewal application information to the Secretary.
