Synopsis:

Authorizing Baltimore City to establish specified civil and criminal fines and penalties to enforce specified ordinances, rules, or regulations; providing for the effective date of the Act; and generally relating to the authority of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to provide civil and criminal fines and penalties for the enforcement of ordinances, rules, or regulations in Baltimore City.
