Synopsis:

Creating the High-Tech High School Partnership Program in the Department of Business and Economic Development for the purpose of stimulating high-technology and science based businesses and secondary school student interest in high-technology and science; creating a High-Tech High School Partnership Fund that may be used for loans and grants; establishing eligibility requirements for obtaining a loan or a grant from the High-Tech High School Partnership Fund; etc.
