Synopsis:

Altering specified provisions to allow a corporation to operate a mortuary science business; requiring the State Board of Morticians to issue a license to specified corporations for the operation of a mortuary science business; repealing a provision that restricts the corporate licenses that the Board may renew; and repealing a provision that prohibits specified corporations from operating specified branch funeral establishments.
