Synopsis:

Establishing a procedure to determine if a person is a sexually violent predator; requiring specified sexual offenders and sexually violent predators to register with a supervising authority; requiring the supervising authority to send registration statements to the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services; requiring the Department to maintain a central registry of offenders; requiring the Department to transmit specified information to the Federal Bureau of Investigation; etc.
