Synopsis:

Repealing the abrogation clause for provisions of law that establish a program which authorizes deductions from payments received under the Family Investment Program to pay rent for public housing; and updating obsolete references to Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) to refer to the Family Investment Program (FIP).
