Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Interagency Law Enforcement System to segregate civil protective orders from other information; requiring persons who relay information in the System to specify information concerning civil protective orders; prohibiting a judge from including conditions in protective orders not specified in law; providing for forms for civil protective orders; and requiring that the Court Rules Committee recommend to the Court of Appeals forms for inclusion in the Maryland Rules concerning protective orders.
